• It has always been a  very good investment to finish a basement off to gain additional living space without having to add another room. 

• I always try to listen to what the family needs are. Quite often they will want  a much needed playroom/party room. Next is a room to study in and use their computer. Exercise rooms and media rooms are also very popular.  It is also nice to install shelves for out of season items in the new furnace/utility room.  Due to the fact that plumbing is always near we quite often build a powder room or even a full bathroom. Some clients also want a small kitchen area.

• No two basement project are alike but they always turn out great.

another  popular idea.

A family exercise area is always a good idea 
with many health benefits.

Unlike homes of the past with concrete block walls and normally a  7 foot 
ceiling height  the newer homes quite  often have pored concrete 
walls with 8 foot or greater ceiling heights.  This along with 
larger room areas make for a more specious feel.
 This can give me more chance to be creative 
in the design of the project.

This room is just about ready have the finish trim molding installed. 
After that it is ready for paint and floor covering. 

Drywall has been sanded final molding is being installed.
