Master Bathroom/Third Floor Sitting Room 
The owner’s youngest daughter had just went a way to college
 so they wanted to upgrade this part of their home.

This  view looking west is of the existing wall between the
 master bedroom and the master bathroom. 

This is the same view showing  the new stairway to the new
 third floor sitting room.  The new entrance to 
the new master bathroom is thru the pocket doorway to the left 
of the stairway.  New Pella casement windows  
(left side of the picture) were installed. 
 5 1/4 inch crown molding was also installed, 
the room was ready to have the final painting 
done at the time photo was taken.
