This photo shows the new basement with crown 
and other molding installed ready to be painted
 and have its floor covering installed. Door on far left 
is to a weekend guest bedroom , Center door is to a guest 
bathroom with a neo angle shower (not shown is a private
 entrance to this bathroom from the weekend guest bedroom.
 Door on right is to the furnace/utility room with
 shelving and utility sink.

Unlike homes of the past with concrete block walls and normally a  7 foot 
ceiling height  the newer homes quite  often have pored concrete 
walls with 8 foot or greater ceiling heights.  This along with 
larger room areas make for a more specious feel.
 This can give me more chance to be creative 
in the design of the project. 

The bathroom has a neo angle shower. (to the right)

Their is a small kitchen behind 
the door opening on the right. 
Counters are Corian Solid Surface 
with solid surface sink.

This room is ready for paint and floor covering. 
No crown mold was used in this project to 
keep the cost down. 
 This project was just a recreation room 
with no plumbing or other amenities. 

This basement had a powder room and a utility 
mop sink in the utility/furnace room. 
Drywall had been sanded and  was ready for the 
final molding to be installed by homeowner.
